CoSpark

Real financial strength,
built together.

An introduction to CoSpark — how ordinary people become owners of the structures they already pay into.

The choice

There are two ways to be in the traditional economy.

You can be a consumer, or an owner.

Almost everything we have been taught prepares us to be good consumers: Pay your bills on time. Keep a little set aside. Put some into a 401(k) and hope the market is kind on the day you decide to retire.

Consumers are set up to survive the system.
Thriving in it takes something else.

The opportunity

The economy runs on consumers fueling owners.

Real financial strength is created by owning the structures consumers pay into — the grocery store, the apartment, the insurer, the lender. Move the sliders to your own numbers and watch where your money goes.

Your month, roughly

$2,650

Over ten years at this rate: $318,000

Sliders start at illustrative figures. Adjust them to your own. Ten-year total is simple arithmetic at today's rate, before any increase in prices.

The journey

From consumer to commonwealth owner.

CoSpark is a member-driven commonwealth community, purpose-built to help people move from being consumers to becoming owners. The value generated stays with the members, and increased participation within the commonwealth yields increased ownership.

Where most people start

Consumer

You pay into the consumer system, and the value flows to whoever owns the structure.

The power of partnership
The CoSpark pathway

Commonwealth owner

You work toward a durable ownership stake. Owner benefits begin from the moment you start participating, and after five years of activity in the commonwealth a range of ownership pathways opens wide.

Why owning together is stronger

A flame is hot, bright, energetic —
and hard to extinguish.

A spark on its own fades. Together, sparks become a flame — lasting, powerful, and able to do what no spark could alone. That is the way lasting wealth has always been built.

Getting Started

Your first step with CoSpark: Participating in the Member Reserve Program.

This is a structured financial growth program with remarkable benefits, funded by corporate revenue. Your reserve stays secure, and the terms are set before you start.

Step 1 of 5 · You

It begins with you.

Every part of the model begins with the member deciding to participate. The reserve and its associated benefits all follow from this.

Step 2 of 5 · Contribute

You make a contribution. CoSpark holds it securely.

Any amount, any time, from $10. The contribution is held in your secure reserve. Every dollar you contribute creates a Point, which is a record of your commitment and activity in the commonwealth.

Step 3 of 5 · Capability

CoSpark members’ combined reserves create real capability.

Because members commit for sixty months, CoSpark can plan against that commitment. Reserves taken together create institutional capability: reserve-backed businesses that generate revenue. And that revenue benefits members in real ways, as you will see in the next step.

Step 4 of 5 · Boost Payment

That capability funds what we call your Boost Payment.

Every time you contribute, you receive cash back from CoSpark-generated funds. Boost Payments come from corporate revenue, paid back to you typically within 24 to 48 hours, with no vesting and no waiting period. A $100 contribution yields a $30.77 Boost Payment. Your $100 stays secure in your reserve. The $30.77 is yours to do with as you please. Contribute more and the Boost Payment grows proportionately.

Step 5 of 5 · Sixty months

Redeem at five years.

After 60 months, in addition to the Boost Payments you have received in response to your contributions, you receive your full reserve back plus a bonus 5% premium.

How these numbers are calculated

Boost Payment equals your contribution divided by 3.25. Effective annual return is the internal rate of return on the full 60-month cash flow expressed as an annual equivalent. It lands between 16.7% and 17.2% depending on the timing convention used for the final redemption, which is why we state it as approximately 17%, and it holds at any contribution amount. Boost Payments and the 5% premium are taxable income and a 1099 is issued annually; the return of your own reserve is not taxable. Savings comparison applies the rate you set, compounded monthly on the same deposits. It opens at 0.62%, the national average savings yield reported by Bankrate on August 28, 2026.

From reserve to ownership

Your reserve is the starting line. It leads to access.

Every dollar you contribute creates a Point, and Points are the record of your commitment, evidence that you are someone the commonwealth can build with. From there, doors open: working capital, co-ownership of businesses and property, the means to fund what you believe in, and a community where relationships compound.
