For Businesses

You built it. CoSpark was built to help you grow and protect it.

Financial resilience, growth capital, and community — and everything stays yours.

You built a business that creates real value — and you should be the one who benefits from it. Right now, your bank holds your money and keeps the margin. Your lender wants collateral and guarantees. Growth capital comes with strings that cost you equity, control, or both. CoSpark was designed to afford a better outcome. This is a member-driven community where your participation builds financial strength for your business, on your terms. You keep full ownership. You control the pace. And the value your participation creates flows back to you.

The Foundation

The Member Reserve Program. A resilience layer built for how your business actually works.

When you account for the time value of money, the effective annual value of Member Reserve Program participation works out to approximately 16–17%. That’s published math. We want you to check it.

The Member Reserve Program is where your business contributes to a secure corporate reserve. Your contributions stay completely intact, fully under your control, and every dollar is tracked as Points and generates immediate benefit.

Each contribution triggers a Boost Payout funded from CoSpark’s corporate revenue and delivered directly to your business account via ACH. Not from your reserve. From the corporate capability your participation creates. That’s money that improves your cashflow today while your reserve keeps building untouched.

You set the pace. Contribute what makes sense for your business, when it makes sense. The schedule is yours. The minimum is accessible and the structure is flexible enough to accommodate the reality of business cashflow, which is that some months are better than others.

At 60 months, you redeem your full reserve plus a 5% maturity bonus. Factor in the Boost Payouts you’ve received along the way and the effective annual value of your participation works out to approximately 16–17%. The formula is published. The math is transparent.

That’s a five-year commitment. And if your business needs to exit early, your contributions are returned net of Boost Payouts received. No penalties. No fees. The maturity bonus is forfeited, but you leave with what’s yours.

Step 1

Your business contributes.

On your terms. Your pace. Via ACH.

Step 2

You receive a Boost Payout — immediately.

Each contribution generates a Boost Payout of approximately 30%, funded from corporate revenue, delivered via ACH to your business account. Immediate cashflow while your reserve stays intact.

Step 3

Full return + 5% at maturity.

At 60 months, you redeem your complete reserve plus a 5% maturity bonus. And from here, the doors open to lending, ownership, and your next cycle.

The effective annual value? Approximately 16–17% when you account for the time value of money. We publish the formula. Come see for yourself.

What your participation builds beyond the balance.

Your reserve and your Points balance build your business’s marketability inside the CoSpark system — a documented track record of financial discipline that qualifies you for everything that comes next.

Consistent participation opens access to lending at 4%, structured for businesses that have demonstrated commitment, not businesses with perfect credit scores. It qualifies your business for Acquisition Circles where small groups build toward real asset ownership. It connects you to the member marketplace, Initiatives, and business strategy resources that exist nowhere outside this community.

Your involvement in other CoSpark pathways — marketplace transactions, Initiative participation, Center engagement — builds additional Points back into your reserve. Every form of participation strengthens every other one.

After maturity, you can pledge your reserve as collateral for a low-cost CoSpark loan and begin a new cycle. The foundation you’ve built carries forward — and the access grows with it.

Growth Without Compromise

Capital built around your track record. Terms you can read in ten minutes.

Most business lending is built around one of two models. The bank model: slow underwriting, rigid requirements, personal guarantees, and if you’re lucky, terms that are merely expensive. The alternative model: fast money, predatory rates, daily ACH withdrawals that drain your cashflow, and structures designed to roll over rather than resolve.

CoSpark built a third option.

Reserve-backed lending lets you pledge your Member Reserve Program value as internal collateral. Your personal assets stay out of it. At 4% annual interest, the terms speak for themselves. Monthly disbursements build a new reserve that automatically repays the principal at term end. The cycle is designed to complete cleanly.

Commercial lending through the CoSpark Capital Center is available for purpose-specific moves — equipment, expansion, capacity — with less paperwork than traditional banking and more transparency than alternative lenders. It’s underwritten thoughtfully, structured against your participation history, and designed to move faster than a bank without the predatory cost of moving fast in the alternative lending market.

Business strategy coaching is woven into the lending relationship. One-on-one, practical guidance on cleaning up your books, strengthening your banking relationships, preparing for conversations with investors or buyers, and building the operational discipline that makes every future financing conversation easier.

Where Participation Takes Your Business

CoSpark Pathways

The Member Reserve Program is where you start. From there, CoSpark Pathways open up to you — lending, ownership, community commerce, and more.

Acquisition Circles

Own something real. Build toward it together.

Most business owners have the ambition to own assets. What they need is a repeatable path from intent to closing. An Acquisition Circle is a small group of members who form around a shared ownership goal, build participation history together, and work with CoSpark infrastructure to evaluate, structure, and close when a credible opportunity emerges. It’s a discipline, and when the right opportunity appears, you’re already ready to move.

Initiatives

Pool your community toward a clear goal.

Need equipment for an expansion? Rallying your network around a capital project? Supporting an employee through hardship? Initiatives are member-driven projects that channel personal participation toward a specific, corporate, defined goal. Your reserve stays intact. The Initiative focuses the community’s commitment. And your participation earns Points back into your reserve.

From the Community

“CoSpark gave me a different path.”

James has run Whitfield Electric for eleven years. Built it from nothing — one truck, one set of tools, a phone that never stopped ringing. Growth always felt like a gamble. Banks wanted collateral he didn’t have. Investors wanted a piece of what he’d built. Alternative lenders were fast but predatory.

He started with the Member Reserve Program — contributions at an amount that made sense for the business. Payouts started hitting his account. Real money. Predictable money. He used it to cover a slow month’s fuel costs, then a parts order he’d been putting off.

At sixty months, his participation history can be leveraged for a strategic loan scenario that increases his monthly cashflow. He bought a second service van, hired his first full-time helper, kept full ownership, and slept through the night for the first time in years. He found subcontractors through the member network and started exploring an Acquisition Circle with three other trades owners eyeing a shared commercial property.

Eleven years in, his business has a financial foundation that actually holds. Built on a system designed for people who build things.

Common Questions

Is this like a business savings account?

No. CoSpark is not a bank. The Member Reserve Program is a participation program — your contributions are held intact in a secure corporate reserve and you receive Points in return. The Payouts are funded from corporate revenue, not from members’ reserves. Programs, terms, and availability are described in the General Member Agreement.

Your contributions stay completely yours and are returned at maturity plus a 5% bonus. The Boost Payouts you receive along the way are additional value on top of that. There are no hidden fees and no account maintenance charges. The effective annual value of participation, when you participate consistently and account for timing, works out to approximately 16–17%.

Yes. employees can join the Member Reserve Program independently through the same program available to people and families. It’s a benefit you can promote without it costing your business anything.

Your bank uses your money to fund loans and keeps the margin. CoSpark shares a portion of the corporate capability your participation creates — through Boost Payouts — while your reserve stays intact. The mechanics are published and we’re happy to walk through a side-by-side comparison at any Center. Your business deserves a system that works as hard as you do. You built something that matters. CoSpark was designed to help you protect it, strengthen it, and grow it — on your terms, with your name still on the door. The model is published. The math is transparent. And the community is full of business owners who understand exactly what you’re carrying.
