A note for members. If you have been participating in CoSpark for a while, much of what follows will feel familiar. The Virtual Office Initiative runs on the same rails as the Member Reserve Program: same Boost Card, same Points ledger, same Month-60 redemption. The difference is that the Boost Payment is higher — and the Points you earn are We Points.

How the Program Works

Your business gets a professional address, a professional front door, and a place inside a community that has your back — without the cost of leasing space. The CoSpark Virtual Office gives you all of that for a flat $200 a month, at the Center at 102 S. Weber St., Colorado Springs. And because this is a CoSpark pathway, every month you participate builds your standing in the community.

At its core, your commitment is a 12-month commercial license for your virtual office at the CoSpark Center — the same kind of agreement behind any professional business address. The Boost Payments, CoSpark Points, and redemption are benefits CoSpark layers on top.

Virtual Office Benefits

This license is virtual only. It does not include desks, private offices, conference rooms, or event space — those are available through a separate on-site arrangement.

Your $70 Monthly Boost

Every month you participate, CoSpark pays you a $70 Boost Payment. Business members receive their Boost via ACH. Individual members receive their Boost loaded to their CoSpark Boost Card. Either way, it’s yours to use however you choose.

A standard Member Reserve contribution of $200 earns a Boost of $61.54 per month. The Virtual Office pays $70 on the same $200 — about 14% more per dollar. The higher rate reflects the value your license creates for the Center as committed, recurring income on its books. CoSpark shares that value back with you.

CoSpark Points and Your Redemption

Each month your payment is made in full, you earn 200 CoSpark Points (1 Point = $1). Points track your reserve and your growing stake in the community. Your accumulated Points become eligible for redemption 60 months from your start date.

If your plans change before then, just provide 30 days’ written notice to avoid any penalties.

The two pathways return nearly the same total cash over 60 months. The Virtual Office comes in $92 lower over five years, but adds a full virtual office package, qualified We Points, and a higher Boost every month.

Me Points vs We Points

Me Points come from your standard Member Reserve contributions. They track what you have set aside for yourself. We Points come from pathways like the Virtual Office — pathways where your participation strengthens the Center and the broader community. Both carry the same dollar value and redeem on the same terms.

The difference shows up in your second cycle. CoSpark evaluates your Me-to-We ratio when considering reserve-backed lending and other second-cycle opportunities.

A minimum of 25% We Points qualifies you for the strongest terms. The Virtual Office is one of the clearest ways to build that balance.

Is the Virtual Office a lease?

No. It is a 12-month commercial license for a virtual office at the CoSpark Center — the same kind of agreement behind any professional business address. How is the $70 Boost delivered?

Business members receive their Boost via ACH directly to a business account. Individual members receive it loaded to their CoSpark Boost Card. Either way, it arrives every month you participate and is yours to use however you choose.

What if I need to stop before 60 months?

That’s fine — just give 30 days’ written notice. Every Point you’ve earned stays yours and remains redeemable at the 60-month mark, measured from your original start date. And if you decide to come back later, you simply begin a fresh 60-month clock from your new start date.

What is the difference between Me Points and We Points?

Both carry the same dollar value and redeem on the same terms. Me Points come from your standard Member Reserve contributions; We Points come from pathways like the Virtual Office, where your participation strengthens the Center and the community. A minimum of 25% We Points qualifies you for the strongest second-cycle terms, including reserve-backed lending.
